McCain Foods Australia required an upgrade to introduce a more efficient grading process to the French Fry & Shred process lines.
Our role in this project was the removal of exisiting machinery and platforms, plus the maunufacture and installation of stainless steel access platforms, air and water pipelines as well as the installtion of processing equipment.
Our use of 3D scanning in the drafting phase to facilitate accurate measurements and placements of machines and access platforms, as well as our flexibility to run both day and afternoon shifts during the installation phase of this project, were key to our successful completion of this project inside the shut down time.
