Sandblasting & Painting

Our spray paint booth is 10x16x6 metres with a retractable roof to handle over-height assemblies. It uses downdraught, crossflow ventilation back up with dry filets and activated charcoal filers for treatment of exhaust air. Supplied air respirators are available to protect workers from paint fume exposure.

We can apply a variety of finishes including shot blasted, primer, topcoats and intumescent treatments. Galvanising is carried out off-site at one of our partner companies.
